East and West Amwell
These 49 square miles of rolling hills, farms and horse farms in Hunterdon County offer a rural countryside that is sparsely developed. Within easy reach are several Colonial villages, including Ringoes, Lambertville and Stockton, that have delightfully restored Victorian and Greek Revival homes, interesting shops and varied restaurants. A 30 minute drive puts one on any of the major routes of 1, 206, 95 and 287, and in even less time, deep into historic Bucks County. The population of the two Townships is 6,838.
